How do I return or exchange an item?
Please contact the customer care service at email@example.com and we will help you return the item of your choice. If you wish to return underwear or earphones, please do not break the sealed packaging for hygiene reasons. If you wish to exchange your item, you can order this yourself after you have returned the old one or whenever it suits you.
I have received a faulty product and want to return it.
Please contact our customer care service and we will help you. Since we need to establish the details of the damage before we decide how to return the item, please do not send anything back to us without our knowledge and confirmation.
How much time do I have to return the item after I have received it?
We have a 14 day return policy from the day you receive your item.
How do you process my return?
After you have sent us as en email to firstname.lastname@example.org about return, we will order a free pickup by DHL from the address you want your items to be delivered from. Our customer care service will schedule a day that suits you for when the items are to be picked up.
How can I return an item purchased in-store?
If you paid for the item in store, we cannot accept the return online. Please contact the store you purchased the item(s) from directly and they will assist you.
I received an item from you as a gift. Can I return it?
If the gift was bought from us online, you can return it within 14 days upon delivery. We require the name of the person that bought the gift, and also that the item is in its original condition with all the tags still attached. Contact our customer care service for help with the return. If the gift was bought from a store, please contact them directly.
When do I get my refund?
When we have received your item at our warehouse we will refund your money the same way you paid. Please note that any shipping costs will not be refunded. Depending on your bank, it normally takes 3-10 business days before you can see the refund back on your account.
